We provide digital services (website design and development). Nothing is shipped physically and there are no courier or shipping charges.

How the work is delivered

• The website is delivered online: published on your domain and hosting, or handed over as files or a theme, as agreed in your quote.
• Login details, admin access and any guides are shared with you by email or WhatsApp.
• Delivery is confirmed on the email address or WhatsApp number you gave us.

Timelines

The delivery timeline is agreed in writing before the project starts and depends on the scope. Delays caused by pending content, feedback or approvals from your side, or by third-party services, may move the delivery date. We will keep you informed if a timeline changes.

Clients outside India

Because delivery is online, the same process applies to clients anywhere in the world.
