Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for website design and development services provided by Anand Verma (“we”, “us”). Every project starts with a written quote that lists the scope, price, payment schedule and timeline. If that quote says something different from this page, the quote applies.

Cancelling a project

• Before work starts: you can cancel at any time and any advance you paid will be refunded in full.
• After work has started: you can still cancel. You pay for the work completed up to that point, based on the milestones in your quote, and any remaining advance is refunded.
• After the website is delivered and approved: the project is complete and payments made are not refundable.

If something isn’t right

If the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will fix it at no extra cost. If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, you are entitled to a refund for the undelivered part.

Third-party costs

Domain names, hosting, premium themes or plugins, Shopify subscriptions and similar items are bought from third parties. Their refund rules apply, and we cannot refund these amounts once purchased on your behalf.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 16–30 days.
